I use Vortex as my mod manager (a practical way to install most mods), Bodyslide to modify an NPC body or the body in clothes, as far as the body figure (yes you can give a female body humongous balloon breasts. I play as a woman, myself though I prefer a slightly toned down Lara Croft. It's a base requirement if you're going to install female mods. But yes, for those playing a woman NPC, it's a mod that provides body options. My bad though as to who Caliente is I couldn't tell you.
